These terms apply to the Smartwebapps website and to lessons, workshops, mentorship, and coaching arranged through it.

By browsing this website or enrolling in a Smartwebapps lesson, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not reserve a seat.
About our services
Smartwebapps provides technical analysis training focused on market structure and swing analysis. Instruction is educational. It is not personal financial product advice under Australian law, not a brokerage service, and not an invitation to deal in financial products. Trading involves risk of loss. Past chart examples used in training do not predict future results.
Bookings and deposits
Workshop seats, mentorship blocks, chart reviews, and private coaching are confirmed when we accept your enquiry and any required deposit is received offline. Dates, formats, and inclusions are described on the relevant lesson pages and in written confirmation.
Intellectual property
Course materials, chart packs, review sheets, whiteboard photographs, and website content remain the property of Smartwebapps or its licensors. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not copy, sell, publish, or teach from them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit abusive or unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when booking.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Smartwebapps is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for a particular paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania and Australia. Courts in Tasmania have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
