A Friday review sheet that survives next week

Most review sheets turn into win/loss tallies. Tallies matter for risk, yet they teach little about market structure. The sheet we hand out after the Intensive asks three questions only:

  1. Which swing marks did I move mid-week, and why?
  2. Which break of structure did I treat as optional?
  3. Which higher-timeframe level did I ignore while managing a lower-timeframe trade?

Answer in sentences, not colours. Keep the sheet to one page. If you need a fourth question, you are already avoiding the first three.

Traders who return for the October chart clinic often bring these sheets. The useful conversations start when someone admits they moved a swing mark after a news wick — not when they recite a percentage.

Questions about building that habit into mentorship can go through contact.
